This week Alyssa and Haley catch up with another triathlon dynamic duo, Helle Frederiksen and Alicia Kaye. The pair met while at a training camp in 2013 and became fast friends. We hear how their friendship quickly evolved into a training partnership that pushed them both to reach the pinnacle of the non-draft short course racing scene over the course of their careers.

Alicia and Helle both retired from professional racing in 2019. They tell us why they both chose to retire when they did, and what they have been up to since hanging up their racing flats.

We also hear about Haley’s unwelcome visitor, and Alyssa gives us some holiday shopping tips!
