Become a Lifer with Jess Smith (S17E13)

In this Episode

This week on Ironwomen, Haley and Alyssa chat with Jess Smith. Jess is a professional triathlete, winner of the Amateur 70.3 World Championships, coach, and mother. As Jess describes herself, she is a lifer. She will be that woman you see sprinting across that finish line at 90 years old.

Jess shares just how she got to where she is today – from her first triathlon to her most recent race. She tells us about the importance of role models, and what it means to her to be a role model for others. Haley and Alyssa ask the hard-hitting questions, delving into the experience of pregnancy and motherhood as a professional athlete.
