Do Something BIG – Dr. Tekemia Dorsey (S7E4)

In this Episode

Dr. Tekemia Dorsey, Executive Director of IABT (International Association of Black Triathletes) inspires us this week as we discuss the addition of a varsity women’s triathlon team at Hampton University. Hampton is the first HBCU (historically black College University) to offer women’s triathlon.

Hear how the energetic Tekemia has set about educating urban kids through triathlon, teaching them both the physical and mental skills required for success in life and creating “the next Mike Reilly” along the way.

Plus, Alyssa and Haley answer mailbag questions on going pro, swimming in cold water and peeing on the bike.
