Fueled is Fast with Eloise du Luart (S17E41)

In this Episode

Stories of underfueling, eating disorders and disordered eating as a whole, are not uncommon in endurance sport. In fact, they are quite common, and this week, Haley and Alyssa talk to Eloise du Luart about her journey to triathlon, her experience with disordered eating, and how she found her way out of that.

Haley and Alyssa chat with Eloise about her race season this year, how she feels about her upcoming world championship race, and what she expects from her off-season. Eloise shares how her journey with disordered eating began, and the impact a coach can have on creating a mindset that contributes to underfueling.
