This week Alyssa and Haley catch up with professional triathlete and American Ironman record holder Heather Jackson. Heather has raced an impressive three times already in 2021, and she tells us how she used her winter stint in Tucson to roll into the spring ready to race. Heather held on to a podium finish at 70.3 Florida despite tough racing conditions in the Florida heat. With 4 top 5 finishes in Kona, Heather is no stranger to hot races, and she gives us some of her best tips for training in the heat to thrive on hot race courses. She also fills us in on her plans for the rest of 2021 and beyond.
