In episode two of our Train Your Mind mini series Vanessa is encouraging us to fail more, but quit less. She explains that the way that we build mental endurance, much like physical endurance, is to endure. But often there is one thing that gets in the way, and that is our own excuses.

Vanessa teaches us what the Motivational Triad is, and why it is important to our mental endurance, and also the difference between failing and quitting. We know that quitting can slow us down, but sometimes failing can be the key to our success. Vanessa helps us learn what is beneath both failing and quitting, and how we can manage both to increase our performance.
