Vanessa is a Mental Endurance Coach and Founder of the Diversify Triathlon Movement, a movement designed to help bring more Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) athletes into the sport of triathlon. DTM serves as a bridge to connect BIPOC athletes with coaches and remove two barriers to entry; knowledge and support. Vanessa also discusses mental endurance coaching, training the brain and how to make a difference, one drop at a time.
