Entering her first gravel race, Rose utilized her race philosophy to “let it play out” and rode to a first place finish on the 125-mile course, which features roughly 6,000 feet of climbs over terrain that included gravel, single track, rocky trails, sandy sections and asphalt.

No stranger to podiums, Rose shares how the greatest victory is one of a balanced life. Rose gives us insight on how she learns through injuries, the importance of having substance and depth beyond racing, and how she balances her social identities as a mother, professional cyclist and part-time baker.
