Lydia Russell

Lydia Russell is a professional short course triathlete competing as a U23 for team USA. Originally from Philadelphia, but now based in Tucson, she is a lover of all things outdoors anywhere. Through her experiences competing at a variety of levels within just a few years, she has become passionate about empowering the next generation of women in sport. She hopes that through her work at Feisty she can learn skills to advocate for women’s voices to be elevated in traditionally male dominated spaces.
