118: Movement to Process and Heal with Linette Kielinski (Episode 118)

In this Episode

Many of us find clarity through riding. For Linette, it helped her move through her divorce and find community. Starting out riding as a commuter, Linette is now joining in on the big gravel events. Pairing cycling with her photography career, Linette shares how she finds healing and joy through both.

Kathryn and Kristi talk to Linette about how cycling has helped her move through the death of her father. The trio discusses the importance of movement for processing, as well as how it helped Linette come into her sexuality. Finally, they talk about getting more folks of color in the gravel space and the club Linette is part of, Q.R.T Cycling (Queens Rule Together).
