MidSouth Gravel is an iconic gravel event in Stillwater, Oklahoma that has become well known for their efforts towards inclusion and supporting every last rider with a raging DFL party. Today we get a chance to interview Beth McBride, 2024’s DFL (Dead Effing Last) Rider.
This was extra special for All Bodies on Bikes, as Beth was a member of our 2023 SBT GRVL team. Listen in for Beth’s epic adventure and how she persevered through a 16 hour gravel ride.
Beth lives in Lake Mills, WI – a small town near Madison, WI. She discovered the joy of cycling late in life – and now finds every opportunity she can to ride bikes and to inspire folks who never thought they could be a cyclist to just get on a bike and ride.
