Krystal shares how Team in Training inspired her to leave her indoor cycling comfort zone and explore the world of cycling the great outdoors. Krystal discusses dismantling barriers to inclusion in the cycling community. She also speaks about how to not get lost in your bubble and creating a community where Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) children and adults can ride safely.
