Things are getting exciting in the racing world this week! With Alyssa away racing One Water, Haley hosted solo, and interviewed Natasha Van Der Merwe, and got the low down on all things 70.3 worlds. In this episode we discuss the topography of the course and how that might impact the race dynamics, as well as all of the top contenders, and what their recent race results could tell us about how things will shake out in Lahti.

As well, Natasha tells us about her coaching business. Although she is still racing, Natasha coaches many elite athletes, and has quite a lineup of coaches who work with her. She shares a great perspective on what it takes to truly turn this sport into a profession!
