This week we are so excited to welcome Shannon Mulcahy to the podcast! Shannon is a mental performance coach, who is also an IronWoman herself. She grew up as an athlete, and because of this, the cognitive side of sports has been a long time interest for her.
In this episode, we got to hear all about the different strategies Shannon likes to use to help athletes up their mental game. As well, she offered up suggestions for how athletes can communicate with their coaches about what aspects of training are causing mental hurdles for them.
