This week on the show Kathryn is chatting with Registered Dietician and former professional cyclist Kristen Arnold. As a Registered Dietician, Kristen has always been most interested in nutrition for athletes, and female athletes specifically. She is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics as well as a USA Cycling Level 2 coach – so she really knows her stuff! Kristen talks through some of the common mistakes she sees female cyclists making when it comes to nutrition, and gives us a detailed breakdown of how we should be fueling ourselves before, during, and after our rides.
