Julie Norman is a Body Empowerment Coach, providing professional wellness services that are rooted in compassion, trauma-informed and HAES (Health At Every Size) based. Her background as a registered dietitian and yoga teacher in eating disorders treatment, plus 25 years of personal recovery, inspire her to mainly serve clients seeking deep and lasting peace with their bodies, food and creative gifts so they can live more fully.
Julie and I recently met at Ray’s Indoor MTB Park Women’s Weekend, where we immediately connected over our work towards size inclusion, and annoyance that a Weight Loss protein powder was given to all the attendees.
